We have been working on improving the world system and begin to add more RPG elements and immersion to the game.
Change Notes
-Added melee combat
-Weapon points added(can be improved through combat)
-Can equip more than one long weapon(Use the launcher slot for secondary)
-Pistol only magazine belt.
-UI Improvements. Major changes to the town UI.
-Added minor locations (Farms, mines) for trading and some other interactions which are planned for future.
-Separated the world map into different zones.
-Many minor bug fixes and improvements.
The next update will be hot-fixes of the current version.
Great job guys! Always excited when steam tells me there is an update for Freeman. But.....I miss Ivan....any plans for more companions? You can never go wrong with more companions.

Looks awesome. Personally, I think assault rifles should be covered by the "Rifle" skill and SMGs by the "Pistol" skill, but I could see why you'd want a lot of different skills, especially if your making an RPG.
One thing I REALLY want to see in the game is a custom class system to replace the current "Issued Gear" system, where you can create different troop types with weapons from your inventory, determine the skills of the class (if you want to go all-out because you love me as much as I love you, you could even make it so that the player can only assign skills to classes that they or one of their companions are proficient in, seeing…
